We are unique among web design companies due to our unconventional blend of technical and creative talents. In 1996, a group of computer science professionals and students came together with the idea that there was too much "style" on the web and not enough substance. Their initial focus was to provide useful web pages for both companies and individuals at a reasonable rate without compromising artistic quality. They brought together a group of people with backgrounds ranging from film, script writing, psychology, and art to computer science and engineering... AgoraNet was formed.

As internet usage and capability exploded, AgoraNet was perfectly positioned to take on the new demands of our customers. In 1998, we expanded our services to include software development, systems and network administration, and network security. This increased emphasis on programming has served to enhance our web design capability by giving us the flexibility to tackle complex projects without losing the artistic or creative flair.

Today, new technologies such as handheld computers and wireless communication are again stretching the limits of what is possible. Once again, AgoraNet stands ready to take on these new challenges to help our clients keep pace in an increasingly interconnected world.
